6x Griffin’s Gingernuts Fingers (for lining glass)
1 cup (240 mL) whole milk
7x Griffin’s Gingernuts Fingers
3x scoops of vanilla ice-cream
2x Griffin’s Gingernuts Fingers
1. Slightly melt the bottom of 6 X Gingernuts Fingers by quickly placing under the grill.
2. Then carefully place the Gingernuts Fingers to the inside of the glass.
3. Pop all the delicious shake ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
4. Pour into the finger-lined glass, top with a generous helping of whipped cream, a few Gingernuts Fingers and lashings of chocolate syrup. Then lovingly sprinkle with crushed Gingernuts Fingers and sliced crystallised ginger.
