Caramello Balls

The ultimate combo – caramel, chocolate and our delicious Griffin’s SuperWine biscuits. This really is the perfect recipe for any sweet tooth. Thanks Melissa Leaver for this great recipe. 

  • 100g Butter
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ 395g tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 tsp Cocoa
  • 1 ½ cups Griffin's SuperWine biscuits, finely crushed
  • 180g Caramello Chocolate
  • 1 cup Dessicated Coconut
  1. Melt butter, brown sugar, condensed milk, cocoa and vanilla essence together in a saucepan on a medium heat.  
  2. When melted add the crushed biscuits and leave to cool. 
  3. When cooled, wet your fingers and roll a full tsp of the mixture around a square of Caramello chocolate. Roll in coconut.
