½ cup brown sugar
½ tin sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp cocoa
1 ½ cups finely crushed Griffin's Super Wine biscuits
1 king size block caramello chocolate
1. Melt butter, brown sugar, condensed milk, cocoa and vanilla essence together in a saucepan on a medium heat.
2. When melted add the crushed biscuits and leave to cool.
3. When cooled, wet your fingers and roll a full tsp of the mixture around a square of Caramello chocolate. Roll in coconut.
