Christmas Rocky Road

Ingredients
  • 1 packet of Griffin's MallowPuffs
  • 1 packet of Griffin's Candy Squiggles
  • 2 packs Sherbet Fizz (1x green, 1x red) 
  • 500g Milk Chocolate 
  • Optional for decoration: shredded coconut & freeze dried raspberry 
Instructions
  1. Roughly chop MallowPuffs, Candy Squiggles & Sherbet Fizz and set aside. 
  2. In a large microwave proof bowl, break up the creamy milk chocolate and heat up in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate is fully melted. 
  3. Transfer melted chocolate to a baking bowl, and fold in chopped MallowPuffs, Candy Squiggles & Sherbet Fizz. 
  4. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with shredded coconut & freeze dried raspberry on top. 
  5. Place in the refrigerator to set for at least an hour or until completely set. 
  6. Remove from fridge 15 minutes before you wish to slice it. 
  7. Cut into squares, serve & enjoy!
