Squiggles Pineapple Chunks Dessert Pizza

Pineapple does belong on pizza after all! This rich and fruity Squiggles Pineapple Chunks flavoured dessert pizza recipe is a must try!

Ingredients

For the Dough:

  • 1 + 2/3 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Dry Yeast
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¾ cup Warm Water
  • ½ tbsp Vegetable Oil

 

Toppings

  • Chocolate Spread
  • 1 packet of Griffin’s Squiggles Pineapple Chunks
  • Berries – Strawberries and Blueberries
  • Custard

Instructions
  1. To make the pizza dough, combine the flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl and stir to combine. Add the water and olive oil and mix until a dough forms.
  2. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead until it becomes smooth and stretchy.
  3. Roll out to create a thin pizza base and place on a lightly oiled tray.
  4. Bake the base at 220C for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Once baked, allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before covering it with chocolate spread. Top with crushed Squiggles Pineapple Chunks biscuits, berries, and a custard Squiggles drizzle.
