Raspberry, Chocolate & Gingernuts Tart

Add a touch of spice to your treats with our Gingernuts Tart.


1x packet Griffin’s Gingernuts Originals
1/3 cup cream
200g milk or dark chocolate, chopped
65g unsalted butter, chopped
Seasonal fruit e.g. blueberries, strawberries, mango or freeze dried fruit of preference.


1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees celcius and spray patty tins with oil.


2. Wet biscuits quickly under running water to soften slightly - careful not to drown them!


3. Softly press each bikkie into a separate patty hole. Once the tray is filled with biscuity goodness, place the tray in the oven for 10 minutes.


4. Pop the remaining ingredients into a saucepan. On a low heat, stir until melted and combined.
