Sweet Corn Relish
Relish the taste of this delish sweet corn relish paired with SNAX Thin Table Water Crackers
Prep time: 5 minutes
Makes: approx. 2 cups
Ingredients
1 cup salsa (store bought or homemade)
1 cup sweet corn kernels
1 roasted red pepper, diced
1 Tbsp chopped jalapenos (optional)
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
To garnish – sour cream, paprika and extra chopped parsley

Instructions

Combine the salsa, sweetcorn, red pepper, jalapenos (if using) and parsley into a small bowl.

Mix well then season to taste with salt and pepper.

Place into a serving bowl and top with a dollop of sour cream, sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley.
