Ingredients
- 200g Griffins Chocolate Macaroons (roughly chopped)
- 395g condensed milk
- 400ml cream
- 250g milk chocolate (melted)
Instructions

Prepare a 23.5 x 13.5cm loaf tin.

In a bowl, whisk condensed milk and cream with an electric beater until soft peaks form.

Fold in half of the chopped macaroons.

Layer into the tin: start with cream mix, drizzle melted chocolate, swirl to marble, and sprinkle chopped macaroons. Repeat 3 times.

Finish with remaining macaroons on top.

Freeze for at least 6 hours.
