Ingredients
  • 200g Griffins Chocolate Macaroons (roughly chopped)
  • 395g condensed milk
  • 400ml cream
  • 250g milk chocolate (melted)
Instructions
  1. Prepare a 23.5 x 13.5cm loaf tin.

  2. In a bowl, whisk condensed milk and cream with an electric beater until soft peaks form.

  3. Fold in half of the chopped macaroons.

  4. Layer into the tin: start with cream mix, drizzle melted chocolate, swirl to marble, and sprinkle chopped macaroons. Repeat 3 times.

  5. Finish with remaining macaroons on top.

  6. Freeze for at least 6 hours.

  7. Scoop, serve & enjoy!
