Fairy Bread Slice

Hundreds & Thousands biscuits meet the iconic fairy bread - this nostalgic slice is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

  • 1 packet of Griffin’s Vanilla Wine biscuits
  • 1 packet of Griffin’s Hundreds & Thousands biscuits
  • 125g Butter
  • 200g (1/2 tin) Condensed Milk
  • 200g White Chocolate
  • Hundreds & Thousands Sprinkles
  1. In a food processor, crush the Vanilla Wine biscuits and 3/4 of the packet of Hundreds & Thousands biscuits until they form fine crumbs.
  2. Add the melted butter and condensed milk, and blitz again until everything is fully combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the base of a baking paper lined tin.
  4. To make the topping, melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments. Spread over the slice and top with sprinkles and the remaining Hundreds & Thousands biscuits.
  5. Allow the slice to set in the fridge for an hour before slicing and enjoy!
