Gingernuts & Chocolate Blitz

Ingredients
- 1 packet of Griffin’s Gingernuts Fingers
- 1 cup (240 mL) Whole Milk
- 3 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
- Whipped Cream
- Chocolate Syrup
- Crystallised Ginger
Instructions
- Slightly melt the bottom of 6 Gingernuts Fingers by quickly placing under the grill.
- Then carefully place the Gingernuts Fingers to the inside of the glass.
- To make the shake, blend the milk, ice crema and 7 Gingernut Fingers tother until smooth.
- Pour into the lined glass, top with a generous helping of whipped cream, a few Gingernuts Fingers and lashings of chocolate syrup. Then lovingly sprinkle with crushed Gingernuts Fingers and sliced crystallised ginger.
