Griffin's Valentine's Day Icing

1 pack of Griffin’s Cookie Bear Shewsbury biscuits
1 tbs icing sugar for sprinkling
Royal Icing Recipe
1 egg white
250g of Icing Sugar
1 tsp lemon Juice
Red Food colouring

Instructions
Method
Pick out the heart Shewsbury biscuits. Lay biscuits on a chopping board or plate.
To make the icing:
Using an electric mixer, whisk egg whites until light and frothy.
Gradually add sifted Icing Sugar and lemon to egg white.
Beat at a high speed until light and fluffy, thick and shiny, and add food colouring until preferred colour!
Fill a piping bag with mixture and pipe onto bikkies.
To finish, sprinkle the remaining icing sugar over the biscuits.
