Toffee Pops Berry Bliss Chocolate Slice

Indulge in a quick and moreish treat with our new Toffee Pops Berry Bliss.

  • 2 packets of Griffin’s Toffee Pops Berry Bliss 
  • 1 packet of Griffin's Super Wine biscuits
  • 395g tin of Condensed Milk
  • 180g Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Cocoa
  • 180g Dark Chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil (optional)
  1. Line a square baking tin with baking paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the condensed milk and butter over a medium heat, stirring until combined.
  3. Pulse the Super Wine biscuits and 1 + 1/2 packets of Toffee Pops Berry Bliss in a food processor until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add the cocoa and blitz again.
  5. Mix the condensed milk mixture and biscuit crumbs until fully combined.
  6. Press the mixture into the lined tin and place in the fridge while you make the icing.
  7. To make the icing, melt the chocolate and coconut oil (if using) in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and combined.
  8. Pour over the base and top with the remaining Toffee Pops.
  9. Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
  10. Cut the slice into pieces and enjoy!
