- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp self-raising flour
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3 Griffin’s Chit Chat Original biscuits, chopped into pieces
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (to serve)
Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe mug, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, and flour.
- Add the egg, oil, and milk. Stir well until smooth.
- Fold in 2/3 chopped Griffin's Chit Chat Original biscuits.
- Microwave on high for about 90 seconds (check at the 1-minute mark if cooked as microwaves vary).
