One Serve Waffle Cheesecake 🧇

1. Crush Griffin's Waffle biscuits and pour half of the crushed biscuits into a ramekin.
2. Add butter to the crushed biscuits in the ramekin, mix, and flatten the mixture.
3. Mix cream cheese and icing until combined in a bowl.
4. Add 3/4 of the remaining crushed Griffin's Waffles biscuits to the cream cheese mixture.
5. Scoop cream cheese mixture and flatten into ramekin.
6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 Griffin's Waffle biscuits on the top of the cheesecake.
7. Set in the fridge for an hour.
